Business submission terms

These terms separate factual listings from paid work and explain what happens after you submit information.

Free listing corrections

Requests to correct factual information or review control of an existing listing are free. A new listing request is also editorial material, not an advertisement. Every request is checked for authority, duplicates, location and supporting evidence before public information changes.

Publication and editorial ranking

Submitting information does not create a listing or guarantee publication. ZambiaNow may edit, verify, decline, remove or update material to protect accuracy and readers. Payment or a commercial relationship does not improve an independent ranking, review or "best" position.

Promotion, event coverage and partnerships

Commercial work is agreed separately for each project. A written scope should identify deliverables, channels, dates, approvals, disclosure, content usage rights, reporting and price. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. Sponsored or supplied content must be clearly identified, and outcomes such as reach, attendance, sales or search position are not guaranteed.

Your authority and submitted material

Only submit accurate information that you are authorised to provide. You must have permission to supply names, contact details, copy and photo links. Photo links are reviewed, not automatically published. Do not submit confidential records, payment credentials or identity documents through a public form.

Corrections and disputes

Use the free correction form for an inaccurate listing. For ownership, rights or commercial disputes, use Contact and provide the relevant page or request reference. ZambiaNow may request proportionate evidence before changing or removing information.
