Takedown requests

Use this process to report copyright, privacy, safety, impersonation, unlawful-content or other rights concerns.

Information to include

Provide the exact ZambiaNow URL, identify the material concerned, explain the right or risk involved, state the action requested and give a reliable way to contact you. For copyright claims, identify the protected work, the disputed use and the basis on which you act for the rights holder.

Do not expose more data

Do not send passwords, financial credentials or identity documents through the first contact form. If verification is necessary, ZambiaNow should request only proportionate evidence and explain a suitable method.

Review and possible outcomes

A report does not trigger automatic removal. ZambiaNow may remove or restrict material temporarily, correct it, request evidence, contact the relevant source or supplier, retain it with context, or reject an unsupported request. Records may be preserved where reasonably needed for security, disputes or legal obligations.
