Terms of use

These terms govern use of ZambiaNow's public information, links and forms. Separate written terms apply to any agreed commercial work.

Information service

ZambiaNow provides editorial and directory information for general discovery. Listings are not endorsements, professional advice or guarantees of quality, availability, safety, price or suitability. Verify time-sensitive details with the relevant venue, organiser or provider before relying on them.

Third-party services

External websites, maps, tickets, calls, messages and bookings are controlled by their respective providers. ZambiaNow is not a party to a third-party transaction merely because it links to that service and is not responsible for that service's terms, availability or handling of information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person or business, or send information you are not authorised to provide. Reasonable access may be limited to protect users and the service.

Content and permitted use

ZambiaNow's original presentation and editorial text may not be republished as if it were your own. Source facts may have separate rights and licences. Ordinary linking and personal use are welcome; broader reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Corrections, availability and liability

Information can change and the service may be interrupted. ZambiaNow may correct, update or remove material. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZambiaNow is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on unconfirmed third-party information or services. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Legal status and applicable rights

These terms do not represent ZambiaNow as a company registered in Zambia and do not claim a Zambian office, registration, DPO or service address. The operator details and DPC or cross-border processing position described on the About page remain unresolved. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
